    If anyone plans to try this, DON'T use candles crayons as coloring... they STINK when burned!

    If they are any Rem. or Winchester AA I reload them. If they are anything else (like the Win. universals pictured) I throw them away because they are junk to reload and I don't care for candles. They are a fire hazard and give off very little light or heat.

    That's a lot of work for a little candle. I'm just gonna stick with the dollar store.

    Reload them, if they are to bad to reload, then cut the plastic off as best as you can and scrap them.

    Ive had spent shotgun shells explode when thrown into a fire.

    My kid has made turkey calls from them.

    He removes the primer and takes a piece of a plastic pen or heavy straw and tapes it to the primer hole. Blow into the tube.

    It works, he has called a few in with this.
