Default New addition to the "family"...

I picked up a Kahr PM9 (w/ CT laserguard from the factory). Sweet little piece. Wanted to 'upgrade' my Kel-Tec .380. I'll post a few pics soon.

What is a good defense load in 9mm? I picked up a box of Federal HST... the shop salesman said that was the 'best'.

congrats on your purchase. that's a great little gun. as far as ammo, i carry speer gold dot 115gr +p. I'm not sure what the "best" carry ammo is, but that's what i use.

My personal choice for defense in 9mm would be Federal HST 147gr, preferably non +p.

I've only ever found it online. How much was the ammo and what was the name of the shop?
