    It sure is.

    § 6120. Limitation on the regulation of firearms and ammunition.
    (a) General rule.--No county, municipality or township may
    in any manner regulate the lawful ownership, possession,
    transfer or transportation of firearms, ammunition or ammunition
    components when carried or transported for purposes not
    prohibited by the laws of this Commonwealth.

    I like the no disturbing others. What would that charge be? Looks like a catch all rule.

    it does sound like a catch all. but from this idiot's point of view, i'd interpret it to mean what follows after the semi-colon. and what would be covered under a legit harassment charge, no?

    it's the first time i've seen a sign banning "intoxicated persons"
