Re: OC at Allentown Fair
I CC'd to the fair, but printed heavily. Several reasons. Don't want/need the attention. Don't want some ghetto thug asking a million questions and then telling me about his full auto AK47 that his "uncle" has. AND most importantly, don't want or need the attention

Re: OC at Allentown Fair
yes it would seem for some reason when your in the city everyone's "uncle" has a Full auto something rather that they know nothing about. Lmfao.

Re: OC at Allentown Fair
I was going to OC to a fair, asked around a bit. And the main consensus is the same. Trying to keep situational awareness in those kinds of crowds, and people being that excited, may not be the best idea.
I ended up CCing to the fair, and printed pretty badly. It is actually one of the few times I will CC.I'm so fast, I can bump fire a bolt action.

Re: OC at Allentown Fair
I've been to the Allentown fair a number of times while carrying, and I OC just about everywhere, but this is one of those places where I wouldn't. There are too many people, too much noise, and especially too many idiotic, undisciplined kids running around loose. In fact, I don't go to the fair anymore now that I am not working there, but if I had to go there again, it would definitely be CC. You are certainly free to OC there, but if they tell you to take a hike, it is a very hot day to walk both ways for nothing.

Re: OC at Allentown Fair
This is the response I received when asking about OC'ing at the west end fair (which is pretty damned big, not a small podunk firehall fair with 1 ride, but nowhere near as big as the allentown fair)

I received some heat for it. I would advise you to take note of G21.45 post on the very first page. He was blatantly against OC, ahh the good old days. I guess most of those people have been banned or red squared into oblivion.
