    Default stripped ar style lowers

Does PA still require the pistol form to be filled out if you buy a stripped lower?

If you buy a stripped lower from a private person does it have to go through an FFL?

Pa. law never required it. The PSP was unlawfully requiring it

    But no, not required.

Yeah, it's a finished deal. PSP/PICS conceded they were wrong.

If your FFL read his PSP/PICS newsletter he would know this.

If you are buying it FROM an FFL then you need to do the PICS I believe.

if you are buying it from a private party there is no need for an FFL to even know either of you
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.
