Default Pa and Bucks park laws for concealed carry

I was wondering where the current law stands concerning concealed carry in PA state parks and Bucks County parks for pa residents licensed to carry. It's my understanding we can legally carry in national parks but what about state and local laws?

Legal in state parks per 18 Pa CSA 6109(m.2).

Government entities below state level (eg County) cannot impose restrictions on firearm possession (18 Pa CSA 6120) so no local laws prohibiting carry is allowed.

Legal in State Parks, Concealed Carry only though. Legal in any other type of park either way though.

I carry in all the local parks and haven't seen a sign saying I can't. Not that I'd obey such a sign since they have no authority to ban legally carried firearms.

Peace Valley Park is operated by Bucks County, and there are signs everywhere that say no firearms. They are not enforceable. Also there are signs in New Britian Parks that say the same thing but they are also not enforceable. The problem is, when a police officer sees the sign, they take it as law, and you may be taken in and have to prove that you were within your rights.
