Zeroing in
I just purchased a new Bushmaster XM15E2S-A1. This model has no elevation dial, and this is my first AR. Can anyone explain to me how to zero it in. Thanks

Re: Zeroing in
Normal BZO is done at 25m. You use the front sight elevation to hit POA=POI at 25m. This will allow you to hit torso size targets out to 300m. (if you do your part) The draw back to this is you will hit high everywhere in between.
You could also shoot it at any range and adjust the front sight post elevation to hit POA=POI. This would give you your zero at that range. When you are called a racist, it just means you won an argument with an Obama supporter.

Re: Zeroing in
Start by shooting in on paper close to see where you even are, then work out from there. I would strongly suggest a 50m/50y zero over the 25...

Here's a diagram that Kevin Boland from Knight's Armament posted on another forum.
