it shouldnt surprise us though, this country is always trying to "help" some cause, and ALWAYS end up doing nothing or more harm. I mean Gen. Petraeus couldnt confirm that our "efforts" in Iraq helped make America safer after more than three years. Shit, i could have told you that.....
