    Default Great Spot fell through

Well I had a great spot lined up to hunt this year and it just fell through. I scouted the area in spring ( by accident ) and saw 8 doe and 2 bucks. I spoke to the farm owner and got permission to hunt it. I stopped in to see him saturday ( after seeing 2 doe from the road ) and he changed his mind. Dont you love when that happens??

I had the same situation years ago back in Wisconsin... I learned to have a "permission form" with me and have the landowner sign it when ( and if ) they gave permission... Then it seemed to work alot better since they probably didnt remember you and just said "NO"... I also worked it out to help them with some of their chores during the year to make myself more visible to them and show that I cared about the work that they do....

JUST MY IDEA to make things work....
