    Default Some C&R guns.

Got a nice day off from work so I went to the range to sight in my deer rifle, and took some C&R rifles along as well. I've been shooting handguns and my AR all year, and felt these guys needed to get out today.

First up was the 1903A3. Shoots like a dream.

The German K98 Mauser was next.

Enfield No 4 Mk I was up after that. Still tryin to work on a good load for this one.

    And finally, the Swiss K31.

That K-31 looks real nice, (not saying that the others don't), how does it shoot?
I've been thinking that I want one, but I'm afraid that if I get one I may want more. That's what happened with the 6.5X55 Swede, now I have 5 of them. From what I've read, the 7.5 Swiss is more accurate than the Swede.
    What's your opinion of it?

For the .303, I'm working with about 42.0gr of IMR-4350 shooting a 174gr RN bullet.

The K31 is very accurate with the GP11 ammo (factory), and I'm still playing around with loads for that as well.

The 1903A3 and K98 are very good shooters too. I was a little suprised at the accuracy of the K98, because the barrel was "frosted". But it shoots quite well for a 60+ year old rifle.

I'll post some pictures of some of the groupings later.
