It's being held in Philly (Upper Darby)?

The address is for the Upper Darby Township building. That means OC/CC should be permitted, right?

I thought it was considered a "suburb" of Philly.

maybe for people who live in the area and/or are giving a general location, but it's technically part of Delaware County..

Ahh Upper Darby, the home of Chitwood. He should absolutely love it when people show up OC and there is nothing he can legally do about that fact.

Unless of course there is a detention facility there?

most borough buildings also have the police stations right inside of them. AFAIK you can still carry inside the building whether or not it's also a police station or not.

Lentz is trying to keep citizen attendance down during the biggest vacation month of the year while he lines up his Philly captains and Delco police chief’s (like Chitwood) to talk about how much this bill is supposedly needed.

I can’t make it, but I hope a lot of people turn out.

Talking points should be gone over for those who can attend.

Especially if the police station has it's own separate entrance....which i think most would....?
