Default post state of emergency shooting

Hours after the lifting of the state of emergency, a young man was shot in Chester. Tragic, I suppose the city did not start their planned gun buy-back program soon enough. A $100. store gift certificate for a gun would of made the difference.

Hell, if a gun buy back in Chester ever does happen let me know! I'll set up a table right next to theirs offering $125 for a gun!!

Well, a few weeks ago a buyback did occur in chester. $100. coupon for purchases at a local drug store in return for a turned in gun, no questions asked. To no surprise to anyone with more than a half brain, the shootings in that city continue. So much for turning in guns for denture cream, greeting cards, and jumbo candy bars.

It amazes me that the city of Chester is willing to spend money on a gun "buy-back" program, but won't shell out the money for more cops/patrols. These criminals seem to be taunting the mayor and the cops. Every time they have a "peace-outing", someone gets shot or killed.

Criminal-on-criminal crime does not phase me in the least. Let them kill each other.

It's a shame when infants and innocent bystanders get shot.

I only hope a real solution is found......and soon.
