Dec 29th 1PM I sent a message to vic about a phone he had for sale, http://forum.pafoa.org/everything-el...-all-sold.html he replyed back the 29th by 4PM I sent him a message id take it and sent a payment off by 5:30PM Via paypal, 9:30 PM he replyed back to me he received the payment and would ship it off. jan 4th I sent him a message from this forum asking if he shipped it, no reply and I seen he was online, so I sent an Email to him jan 5th, he replyed back "phone was shipped", today I go to my mail and I have a mail order with my payment back, still waiting to hear back on why I didnt get the phone I paid for, I ordered other items for the phone thinking it was on its way. now im stuck with them.

EDIT: as of today 1/15/12 he still did not respond to my Emails or PMs as to why he didnt ship the item, he posted on the thread before to so im sure he seen my post and is just ignoring me.

I saw a Magpul PRS listed for sale so I contacted VIC, he responded to me almost instantly, we went back and forth a few times so i felt comfortable making the purchase, when I asked him where to send the money the address was the Bronx NY, so I hesitated a little and eventually sent the money.. As soon as I sent the money, and told him i did so, I never heard anything back from him for a day or two (previously he would respond within 30 minutes) So I became a little nervous at that point in time. Shortly after that I realized that the PRS was NOT for a carbine and it will not fit my application, I kindly asked him if he could send my money order back and If not I understand that I commited to the magpul. Well he sent the Magpul with no explination to me just sent me the part knowing that it would not fit my rifle, I would NEVER do business again with someone like this ever again..
