Default Need some PA laws clarified

At the request of a friend, I've been looking around through the PAFOA website concerning some of PA's gun laws. However, I've seen some gray areas and would like some definitive responses to these questions. Thanks for the clarifications in advance.

If one has a current PA LTCF permit:
    1. Can that person legally carry a concealed firearm (pistol) into a bar, restaurant, or other establishment that serves alcoholic beverages?

    2. Can that person legally have a stowed/concealed loaded pistol in a vehicle they are driving, but not literally connected to them personally, for example glove compartment, under the seat, etc.

    3. Can that person legally have a long gun, shotgun or rifle, in their vehicle (for example a "truck gun") with ammunition for that long gun in the same vehicle (not loaded into the long gun), even if not going to the rifle range, hunting, etc.

Yes. No laws restricting concealed or open carry in bar/restaurant. It's soley at the discretion of the bar/restaurant.

    2. Can that person legally have a stowed/concealed loaded pistol in a vehicle they are driving, but not literally connected to them personally, for example glove compartment, under the seat, etc.
    Yes. Anywhere in the vehicle.

I believe so but not sure on the specifics. Someone else will be along with them I'm sure.
    Edit: Here's the specifics.
Transporting within PA: Long guns MUST be unloaded (clear chamber and no magazine in weapon) and for magazine fed weapons any loaded magazines must be in a separate container in order to be transported in vehicles within PA.

The LTCF doesn't apply. The LTCF pertains to Firearms.

    Per 18 Pa.C.S. § 6102: Definitions
"Firearm." Any pistol or revolver with a barrel length less than 15 inches, any shotgun with a barrel length less than 18 inches or any rifle with a barrel length less than 16 inches, or any pistol, revolver, rifle or shotgun with an overall length of less than 26 inches. The barrel length of a firearm shall be determined by measuring from the muzzle of the barrel to the face of the closed action, bolt or cylinder, whichever is applicable.
Give this to your friend. It should answer all or most of his questions.

Yes, yes, and yes. BTW it's just LTCF, not an "LTCF permit".
