    Default Need advice on Holsters

I would like advice or opinions on a holster for my 1911. It has a 5 inch barrel. I will be using this until I can get a new pistol, Thinking about a Springfield microcompact in 45 acp. Not 100% sure on the carry gun yet still looking and researching.

I guess am looking for a belt carry holster either inside or outside. I would like to know what other people use? I have never carried before so I am not sure of what type would be best.

Delfatti.com is a nice site when I make my final pick for a carry gun I will look into getting a holster from there. For now I think I go with something a little less costly.

The TK holsters won't kill you on price, and the ones I have are holding up well. I always prefer a retention strap on any belt holster.
