Buying a gun in PA with an out of state license

Wow, I missed a lot of responses. So, I ended up calling a bunch of FFLs as well as the State Police in Harrisburg. Basically everyone with the police said they require a PA-issued ID, which I don't have and can't get without forfeiting my other driver's license. There was a guy at the Challenges office that was very knowledgeable. It seems that sometimes they just don't enforce this.



Would this work? After speaking with lots of people around PA, I am feeling pretty discouraged about the possibility of buying a gun here.

Hey, I'm a bit east of Pittsburgh. After the information I received the other day I'd be happy to sell you something and do the transfer. I've done lots of military personnel from OOS with a copy of their orders and from what I found out, this type of transfer differs little.
