2 3/4 inch vs 3 inch 12 gage muzzle energy

Hi everyone. I have been googling like crazy trying to find a chart that compares the various gages and shell sizes in terms of muzzle energy with no luck.

I am most interested at the moment in knowing what the muzzle energy of a 12 gage 2 3/4 shell is and a 12 gage 3 inch. It is being shot out of a New England Pardner.

Beyond this, if anyone has a link to a detailed chart showing muzzle energies of various shells I would be thankful.
