Course Description: The RZS Basic Carbine Operator Course will familiarize students with the functioning and safe employment of the semi automatic carbine for defensive and sporting uses. Students will learn and perform a variety of skills to develop capabilities and confidence with the carbine. Students will also learn proper cleaning and lubrication of the carbine and the advantages and disadvantages of different carbines and accessories. The primary focus is the real world defensive use of the carbine, however, most of the techniques will also apply to 3 gun and action type competitions. This course is designed around the AR-15 family of firearms, but students may use other suitable centerfire carbines and rifles. A firearm that uses detachable box magazines is highly recommended.
Some of the course skills and techniques include:
-Proper set up of the carbine

-Optimal shooting stance

Re: Red Zone Solutions, LLC, Basic Carbine Operators Course, 25 July, Hollidaysburg
Hi Buddie, glad to see you are coming back this month!
I may be able to make this class. Question : do you give any type of cert. at the end of class ?
Will you be offering any more advanced classes that will require the basic class as a pre requsite?

Successful completion of the course gets you a certificate.
I'm looking to run a more advanced carbine course in October. I'm not going to say you need to have taken my basic class to take my advanced class, but you won't want to come to the higher level classes with no training at all.PREPARE FOR BATTLE
