Need help on sources for OC information

I'm looking for a few specific items:

1. A physical copy of the 2009 MPOETC training materials (to be borrowed, I can pay for shipping both ways if you need it back).

2. A link to the Commonwealth v. Hawkins SC opinion that is NOT from a pro-gun/OC-related site. I tried searching for it on the PA SC site, but no luck. I found Commonwealth v. Ortiz, but not v. Hawkins.

3. Actual letters, not email, from AG/DA offices related for OC in Philly.

I don't have much to offer you for your trouble, just a few measly rep points and definitely a few beers if you ever find yourself in Philly.

You should be able to write your Representative for some of that information.

Unfortunately mine just printed it out from PA Open Carry.org

I will send you an email with what I have.

Good try, but the thefirstndsecond beat you to it with an email and I do need the actual physical copy for a reason.

As for the beers, come down anytime.
