So it is 100% confirmed there is a breeding population of panthers in Aus? Well at least they are after the also non native deer. What deer species are there- sika, sambar, red deer, and... ?

Now what would be really neat is if you guys were in Tasmania and were able to photograph or get video of the alleged Tas tiger/wolf, which is supossed to be extinct, but of which there have been sightings and some tracks found.

You guys do anything with the fox pelts?
    LOL, I am a woman...

I thinks theres a high chance of them breeding.

    Australian Deer
    Sambar
    Rusa
    Chital ( axis deer )
    Hog Deer
    Red Deer

When i went to tassie to visit the relatives, i went deer hunting in the western forrests and they say thats where the sightings have been reported, i kept an eye but i was too busy running away from a rabbid tassie devil.

To menton it ive been chased-attacked by Wild scrub bulls, Water buflo, Wild bull camels, Wild pigs, Buck Roo's, Deer, Tassie devils, Snakes, Koalas, Possums, Gonnas, Saltwater Croc and even got bitten by a Dolphin but thats a different story thats involes beer.

Australia is the land of shit that Bites, Stings, Kicks, Stabs, Spits and generaly wants to fuck your day up.

Theres a bounty on foxes in victiora, i think its like $12 a tail and in a good night you would get about 20-40. However the state i live in dosent give you jack shit.

Compare the size of that cat to the tiger lillys in the background. Unless the tiger lillys are 15 feet tall that is a housecat.

Well thats a new one. I am curious why these cats never leave scat, tracks or turn up dead.

It did turn up dead. That's when they came out and loaded it up in the truck, and left without saying a word.

I've got three uncles that have seen a puma here in Jefferson and Elk counties. None of them are bullshitters, all are outdoorsmen who know what critters look like. Two of my dad's brothers were returning to their log skidder one morning somewhere in Elk Co for a day's work about 12 years ago, there was one laying under the skidder. They got within 30ft of it.

Then my mom's brother that lives just 4-5 miles outside of Brookville saw one stroll through his back yard, less than 75 from his house, not just once - but a couple times. He did report the sightings but was told that no puma exist in the wild in PA. He fully intends to kill it and place it on the courthouse steps here in Brookville the next time he sees it.
