LOL DICK. It is gorgeous if you like the chatter of automatic weapons and tires squeeling, or the urban appeal of graffiti art. If you like your neighbors to wear colors like they're on a paintball team and are always shooting at eachother, then PCP is the place for you!

whats really scary is that google maps satellite thing (google street view),you put in your address and there is your front yard with your cars in the driveway,and you can even spin the camera around and look at your neighbors houses......creepy!

The assessment does not equal what someone paid for their home and certainly doesn't come close to what a home could be sold for. It is a valuation based on a county formula to determine taxes.

My own home's assessment is nearly $100k more than I paid for my home, and I built new in 2008.

Some of the sites out there are loaded with information. I work for an insurance company and a lot of sites show pictures of the house inside and out. A layout of the house, as in where the rooms are. I do agree the google maps thing is pretty scary as well.
