Classic rifle in many first person shooter games. That being said, it's a rifle that almost nobody ever see's in movies or in real life. Was the rifle really that shitty? Do the french even use it anymore? I think I saw a documentary on some french counter-terrorist unit a while back and they were all using the FAMAS.

Saw one in a NATO weapons class back in the days when I was skinnier, nuttier and single. Mag changes seemed like a rodeo event from what I recall.

Also back then the AUG was in the 900 buck range and they didn't sell well either.........

And weren't HK91's in that price range or lower back then?
