Have you contacted FNHUSA?

I'd hope that a sling was included if I'm going to drop $1,800+ on a rifle.

Re: Request for info on FNH FS2000 Rifle
sling is not included, but the cleaning kit and associated tools is.
I made my own sling, as the FN accessories are not currently in country, or for sale by FNH-USA.
you get:
manual, magazine, cleaning kit with tools.
sling attachment is designed as in the pic below. slots in the buttstock for the sling, and a loop on each side of the front for the snap hook
I made the sling from 2 keeper buckles, 1 HK snap hook, and one length of 1" nylon sling material, and duplicated the one thats shown in the manual, same with the placement of the actual sling in mounting.
this is the design as its meant to be used, obviously, its not stupidly placed like most amarican rifles:-)
optic is the TA01NSN ACOG made by trijicon
heres the range report I made on fivesevenforum.com
FS2000 extended range report...
I shot my FS 2000 extensively at a MG shoot this past weekend.
I had previously shot the gun merely to sight it in, 62 gr LC greentip.
at the shoot i used a mix of tracer, and wolf, and LC 62gr
I shot about 500+rds myself in about 5 hrs off and on, some mags back to back rapid fire.
the gun at no time got too hot to hold, nor was there any deformation of the plastics, discoloration of the finish, nor did it get hot enough to burn thru the nylon sling attached to the metal HK style snap hook.
I used USGI mags, and the british grayish steel mags
also, due to the way its designed, no blast or any powder in the face at all.
it also suffered not a single misfire, FTE, or FTF, not a single problem noted at all.
the trigger is a little annoying if you are used to a AR15/m16 series gun, its not crisp. As I was swapping back and forth between the M16 and the FS2000, and other rapid fire rifles, it was noticable.
However, over the day, the trigger smoothed out a bit, and was easier to manipulate, i estimate its about 8lbs or so.
Rapid fire is easy, the gun has a straight back recoil that is simple to get back on target rapidly in a rapid fire situation.
Shots on tannerite out to 150m + were fiendishly simple, and the ACOG I have on top is perfect for the gun.
the only mildly annoying thing is the gun has a small film of copper on forearm closest to the gas cylinder, and on the flutes of the flash hider, but it wipes off easily, apparently the ammo was shedding some jacket material.
It;s an ammo thing on this, it did the same with my M16 on a couple of uppers.
also, nice thing was I had the only FS2000 at the shoot, it got a lot of attention, lots of folks shot it other than me, with thier own ammo, so add on another 200rds probably, more or less, to the round count.
its a keeper!
further, in cleaning it was remarkably clean in the action area, most of the gunk was in the lug recesses in the chamber area.

Jaybell:
Thanks for the great pics and info.Your sling setup looks better than
anything from the factory. If I decide to take the plunge and purchase said rifle,I hope I will be able to duplicate your sling system. You sound
pretty satisfied with your rifle,I'll take that as a recomendation.
Take Care!!

I'm VERY satisfied with this rifle.
I'm a fan of FN products, they make excellent stuff.
I have quite a few memebers of the FN family in my collection:-)

Re: Request for info on FNH FS2000 Rifle
Can I ask what you paid for these or what the going price is? I saw them at the VF show for $ 2400 months ago and at a local gun shop for $ 2100.
Thanks.

Re: Request for info on FNH FS2000 Rifle
I think i paid about $1775, dealer list is/ was almost $1700, so dealers arent making much unless they seriously gouge on the scarce availabilty of this weapon.
I dont mind a profit but $500 and more over list is ridiculous."Oderint Dum Metuant" - BMFH

Re: Request for info on FNH FS2000 Rifle
they're nice.
Im selling mine for $1800.
Just not for me.
the $1700 is nuts...
I guess pending what area youre in makes a difference. Ive seen up to $2500 for a NIB only due to the fact theres very little to be had.
