Alright, this guy has got to be my biggest hero EVER. I've read every article I could on him, but the case is pretty old. Still, lovely. Lawrence Rockwood. He did something most wouldn't dare do, stand up for what he believed was right, facing criminal punishment and loss of his job.

Also, Randy Shughart and Gary Gordon, the snipers that attempted the rescue of the famous blackhawk down scenario, those guys are way up there too. I couldn't even imagine the courage that would take.

Anyone else have someone they know of that just mezmorized and astounded them? Made them damn proud to be an American?
