Default Keep in mind he is a criminal...

I'm starting to think we all need to have cameras with us at all times. I don't care if the guy is a criminal or not, this is wrong.

charge him with aggravated assault with increased grading if there's provisions for "against a person in police custody"

Should keep this cop from working ever again.

    Can you say lawsuite?

I dont expect anyone to be treated like that if they cannot defend themselves. Even if he was the man they were looking for, doesn't make him guilty. Only a judge can make that decision and what ever happened to "innocent until proven guilty"? That cop is a piece of shit!

is it me or does the mayor look like an ex-con? you would think he would wear something besides a sweatshirt for a TV interview...

Yeah the Mayor looks like a hoodlum himself.

I think the cop has a flashlight in his hand when he hits the guy.

I would be shocked if this sort of thing does not occur daily. If there is no video evidence, it is the perps word against the cops.

the Mayor says it all. Keep in mind this is a burglar who just robbed an old lady.

Maybe the officer should just put a bullet in his head, at least then he will save the tax payers money.

Yep, good eye. Cop was using the light as a fistload. Tack that on to the charge as well.

Yea, when I was in cuffs one of the officers that chased me down took me behind a garage before we got down to his car. He grabbed the front of my jacket with both hands and slammed me off the garage a few times while asking me a few questions......well, one question, several times. He was getting pissed cause I just stood there with a smile on my face. Another officer then came around and got me and took me down to the car. All in all it was a fun night and only cost just over $100. The cops lightened up and let us check out their guns at the police station.
