15 Minutes
well after hearing aboutall the long amounts of time people wait to receive their PA LTCF i thought i would add a note and say how long i waited for a renewal yesterday. went to the blair county sheriff office gave them the paperwork, which they let you fill out at home and bring in,watched as the phone call was done and approved form handed over to the sheriff who typed everything in to his computer and then took my picture. over all was out the door in 15 minutes with my renewed LTCF good for 5 more years. took me longer to drive to the office than to actually get renewed.
I just flew the Millennium Falcon through the hole in your logic 2A6X1

Same story here in Lehigh County, although I still do not like the idea of "registering" to bear arms.

Re: 15 Minutes
Yea, every bit of 45 BUSINESS days to get mine in Delaware County, both references contacted as well as my employer.
No need to get into whether or not they should have contacted my employer, it's been discussed elsewhere on this forum and once they did it they was nothing that could be done about it, now if I was denied based on that contact I would have per sueded it farther, my employer (at that time) was gun friendly.

Re: 15 Minutes
When I moved to PA 2 years ago it took possibly less than 15 minutes in Clinton County, The Sheriff was in the office and got my info then handed me the application, half way through filling out the appl he took my picture and before I was done writing he handed me the permit, I was amazed at how fast it was.
