My New Yugo SKS

Just wanted to throw up a few pics of my new SKS. It will remain un-bubbafied except for my newly painted stock( I'm on a green kick right now ) I just ordered a few stripper clips and I'll post later after I've fired her. Thanks to all members who helped me on this purchase.

Got an OD Glock or XD to go with it?

I had actually considered doing something like that myself.
Mine has only two unmatched parts, so I'd buy a beat-up stock to paint and keep the original intact.

I have an XD that I carry concealed but when I bought it OD Green wasn't an option. But I do have an AK to go with it! BTW my stock was hammered so I decided to paint it to spruce it up.

Welcome to the world of SKS. I got hooked about 5 years ago and now have 9. I am partial to the natural woodgrains but customizing is up to the owner. Have fun and buy a bigger safe!

I like it!! The green looks pretty cool. At the Syria Shrine there was a guy selling Tapco SKS stocks in green & tan. Can't remember what he wanted for them.
