Not me, I can't. Because in order to get them there, I'd have to go in there. Besides, the USPS is closer to me so why would I consider going farther for stamps?

I would not get stamps at either one. I'd just order them online. I mean, duh!

I think I already have a lifetime supply of stamps anyway, considering I mail a letter maybe once a year.

Based on my experiences, most of the time people earn their tickets. This is just based on the percentage of times that I just have a meet and greet with the officer.

I got popped for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign.

When questioned, I said, "Oh, I dunno, I think I did pretty good given the ice and snow. I mean, whaddya want from me here?"

(Black) cop said, "oh, hell no, you gotta come to a full stop man!" And then asked for my documents.

I ended up getting a warning, because cop "don't wanna be writing tickets in my own subdivision. But fucking stop next time!"

Man you guys all seem to have had crappy interaction with cops. I've got nothing. It's probably been 6-7 years since I was pulled over for anything but I've never had what I'd consider a bad interaction. Humorless - yes. The state police along the southern tier expressway (NY) have no sense of humor whatsoever, but I've been polite and they've been polite. State police up here out of either Towanda or Laporte seem to have a bit more personality and usually I could get a chuckle out of them. I was pulled over once or twice years ago with a gun in the console but nobody ever asked and I never felt the need to volunteer.

6AM, headed to the range via back roads. I admittedly rolled a stop sign. Cop was to my left, sitting there (drinking coffee).

We made eye contact, he followed for about half a mile (probably running my tags).

It was a beautiful spring morning, my windows were down. We came to the next stop sign, I'm turning left and he's headed straight.

Nothing to do but make eye contact again.

Cop makes an octagonal shape with his fingers. "That red thing means stooooooop".

I only ever got pulled over twice, both times for speeding. The first time was some state or federally funded bs local speed trap. I was doing maybe 35 in a 25 in a commercial/residential area with no houses. Cop said unfortunately, I was the last ticket of the day as he was getting ready to leave but he had no choice, he had to write it...which I have to assume was bullshit. Plead not guilty. Luckily, I knew the judge and my buddy was a sergeant in that town, so not guilty.

Second time was a month later on Rt 422 going through Oaks toward Collegeville. It was a big statey speed trap through the curve with cops on the Pawlings Rd overpass. Trooper never even gave me a chance to grovel my case, they just were handing everyone tickets. Plead not guilty and waited for a court date. Something like six months later, finally got a court date notice. Turns out the idiot Trooper had forgotten all the tickets he wrote in the trunk of his cruiser. A whole bunch of us were in court that day. Judge had everyone stand and said, "I'm gonna make you an offer you can't refuse....everyone is 5 mph over, no points, $60 fine." All of us took the deal.
