    Default FOF/H2H gear

I'm tired right now, and dont have the energy or inclination to go into all the details (another thread anyway) but.........

I had 2 days with MCS this weekend.

we did a lot of FOF, H2H, and edged weapons work.

I found a great price on a drone for my Spyderco

anyway, I need pads for my head, I found that forearm pads are pretty cheap, and maybe some matts.

anyone know a good cheap source for this gear?
esp the head gear and ground pads

    what do you use?

Shawn, be sure to take some Pamprin. This is the stuff we used and it is going strong after hard use for just about a year now.

Yeah, it tires you out doesn't it? I want to hear all about it when you have time.

I'm not sure if they're appropriate, but my local Dick's has Everlast boxing headgear for around $30.00. Also various types of forearm pads with the football gear. I have UnderArmor forearm pads, but they're really too thin. They don't help much. I always wear soft knee pads when I'm doing FoF. I use an Everlast mouthguard, it cost me something like $7.00.
