    Default Do you need ammo?

If so, call the Fruitville Pike Walmart in Lancaster, Pa. Call just to make sure they still have some. I just got back from there and picked up a 250 rounds of 9mm and 100 rounds of .38 special - my total was $80. Not bad for some cheap Winchester Whitebox. They also have Blazer and then some higher brands.

    They had 44, 45, 357, 38, 9mm, etc.

    Call first to make sure.

I stop by once a week and they normally have a box or two but today they had boxes and boxes.

Thanks lots, I was just thinking of calling on the phone to see if they had any. I'd rather go to that one than out on Lincoln highway.

But in the Lincoln Highway one you stand a better chance of on-the-spot ballistics testing!

Buy it here, use it here!!!

That's why I always take my little friend with me when I go there.

I hink they're all like that, the one on Lincoln Highway is just worse. Years ago a cop told me that when they opened the Ephrata W/M crime in the area went up 200%.

Shoplifting has to be the most reoccurring incident at the Ephrata walmart.

Although, late late late night, some odd people come out, so who knows.

I haven't been to the lancaster one in a long time, and I dont miss it at all.

I stopped by this AM, hoping to find some 9mm or .357. They had none.

I'm in that store frequently, it's only a mile from my house. I've checked the ammo case there probably twenty times since the first of the year, at all hours of the day & night. I've NEVER seen 9mm there. I would submit that you stand a better chance of spotting Bigfoot than finding 9mm there.

I like that WalMart. It's handy for me, it's an easy place to get in & out of, and there's not as much riff-raff as what you see at some other WM's. The deal with trying to buy ammo SUCKS though.

I've stopped by occasionally too lately and they haven't had anything for a LONG time. I haven't been there since the remodel, but i've heard they've scaled it down even more.
