    Default IS IT JUST ME?

Since i've started as a member on this site my love for firearms has exploded. i have purchased 3 alone this month. I just wanted to say thankyou to everyone who has helped me and has posted their knowledge on here. My last 3 firearms i purchased were a sig 239 40 cal., a N.I.B glock 30 sf, and tonight a N.I.B colt officers acp. The tread about glock vs. sig made be curious about the glock so i went and tested it and fell in love. To the members who helped me out with my springfield ultra compact 45 that was jamming thanks for the advise i traded it in for the colt. Im addicted and because of the knowledge of everyone i believe i made good choices. again just wanted to say thanx.

    Heh.
It's hard to ward off the desire for "more".

You think it's bad just looking at them on a monitor, try attending a group shoot once a month.
After seeing, touching, and SHOOTING stuff, it's ten times more difficult to resist the urge to "buy more"!

Let's see, here's my stuff... if it weren't for the group shoots, I would not have the:
    Mossberg Plinkster
    Rock River Arms AR-15
    Glock G27
    WASR AK-47
    Marlin .357 Magnum lever gun

    Long guns top to bottom:
    Yugo SKS 7.62x39
Mossberg Persuader 12 ga - Choate pistol grip stock - Factory ghost ring sights
    Mossberg Plinkster .22 Semi Auto
Rock River Arms AR-15 .223 - A.R.M.S. 40 L-P Flip Up rear sight - Anvil Arms PAFOA lower
Handguns Clockwise, beginning with Glock, upper left:
    Glock G27 .40S&W - Pierce +0 Finger extension
F.I. Model D .380 ACP (my only single action pistol)
    Colt Pony .380 ACP
    Glock G19 9mm - Insight Technologies M3-LED Tactical Illuminator
    Kel-Tec P32 .32 ACP - Hogue Slip-on grip (cut to fit/was from Colt Pony)

    WASR AK-47

    and a Marlin .357 Magnum

And I wouldn't have a "wish list" a mile long.

I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

If it wasn't for PAFOA and the group shoots my first real gun would have been a remington 700 with a leopuld scope. But, it was a glock. If it wasn't for clay days, that would have been #2, but I got a mossberg 500 instead. That remmy 700 just keeps falling behind...mosin and ar-15 next

Nope, generally blowing shit up has been a pastime of all men. Im sure it functioned as entertainment for a long time.

I went to vegas for my friends batchelor party (A WILD TIME LOL), shot a whole bunch of sub machine guns Mac 10, Greese gun, Sweedish K, M-16. I had never shot before, at all.

I come back to pa and buy a Saiga 12, a kobra sight and some other toys, and a Kahr PM9.

I hear ya, seeing all the guns, hearing all the tales, gets you wanting more. I've added five firearms since I joined. I've had guns for 40 years now but in the last year I learned a lot more than I knew before. I feel I'm as competent now as I did a year ago but I have a better understanding of the various types and uses than before. More importantly I have a deeper knowledge and understanding of the historic, political, and social aspects of guns. And even more important I have come to see basic right, even duty at times, to be armed. My growing knowledge of the 2A and it's bearing on Americanism is what I prize the most. The battle to save ALL our eroding rights starts with this Amendment. If it's lost the others will fall too. For that I thank all the members who let me see this reality. Oh yeah, and all the ones who posted pictures an Gun Babes!
