AK muzzle thread size question

I'm looking into getting a muzzle device for my Arsenal SAM under folder.
On the website it says this AK has a 14x1mm left hand muzzle thread.

Do I need a 14x1mm left hand or right hand muzzle device?
Would something like this work?

Yes, you need the left hand thread. Any Chicom or euro muzzle device should work.
