Default FFL sitting on my gun bc they only transfer between 12-3pm. Wtf?

I've never heard of such a thing. I had a fairly expensive gun sent to a local shop. Spoke with the shop twice before the order and all seemed normal. Gun shows delivered today and I call to confirm.

They knowledged it arrived but won't let me pick it up unless it's between 12-3pm. How do they expect anyone with a normal job to be able to make that?

I explained that no one toldt this when I called before ordering. Doesn't matter.

Then I asked if they'd sell a new gun if I were a walk in after 3pm. They confirmed they would. However, they don't see the irony in this.

Is this even legal to hold my property and refuse to do a FFL transfer? They're empty, open, and I'm standing in front of them with proper docs.

    Negative that.

Forgot, theyll do a transfer Friday. From 12-5. Even know they're open until 7. Still doesn't help me, as I work normal hours.

Before I had my lower sent to an FFL, I checked several websites to see who had what hours and I chose the one closest, who had hours that worked for me.
I know that doesn't help, but I'll bet you do the same next time.
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

They don't want to receive guns. They'd rather sell you their guns. I know LGS that charge $100 to receive guns, and refuse to receive guns from places like buds or psa. It's stupid if you ask me, if you don't receive it, they're going to go somewhere else. And chances are while they're there, they're going to buy ammo and accessories.
