Re: Man Arrested For Too Much Ammo
What was he charged with? The only crime I can see that he committed was living in Massachusetts.

Re: Man Arrested For Too Much Ammo
30,000 rounds of ammo? WOW! Why would you ever need that little? I cant wait to start stocking up, Ill have that much just for my rifle, a few thousand for pistol, and shotgun too. You need three rounds for every person living in your county in case they all turn to mindless zombies!
And people think we are wierd! PfftMillions for defense, Not one cent for tribute!

Re: Man Arrested For Too Much Ammo
HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH?
I read the article and nowhere did it say exactly what he was charged with ....and $500,000 bail. Shit, child molesters and rapists get lower bail than that! What is the crime he has been charged with? Exactly how much is too much?

Re: Man Arrested For Too Much Ammo
It's only too much if one person has ALL OF THE AMMO. Otherwise, as long as there is some for the rest of us, buy to your heart's content.
And the only reason he was arrested was that he didn't spend his Big-O tax cut on alternative fuels, or Chicago-style pizza.

Re: Man Arrested For Too Much Ammo
From the linked article:
"Garcia is charged with three counts of possession of a high-capacity firearm, illegal possession of ammunition and illegal storage of a firearm. His case was continued until June 12."
I don't see how he had "illegal possession of ammunition" or what exactly they are entailing as illegal storage? Not sure what firearms that he had and what MA considers to be high capacity. Maybe that is the only one that holds water?FNX-9 Two-tone

Re: Man Arrested For Too Much Ammo
possibly misunderstood by the reporter writing it, and meant arrested for a weapon that can load "too much ammo" at one time, meaning the hi-cap mag.
