If it happens do you think many people will refuse to register?
? I have heard many people say they will not register any weapons if the Fed ban goes through.
Not sure if it's a good idea to say if you, yourself will hold out on a web forum, but gun owners in general.
I have been seeing a lot of comments about people becoming instant criminals so I get the feeling of where they stand.

Re: If it happens do you think many people will refuse to register?
New Yorkers are already refusing to register.
It will take a lot of time to arrest, process and prosecute a couple hundred thousand people in just one state.
My guess is their law will be deemed unconstitutional by major courts long before they process their backlog.

With every gun owner in prison it would be one hell of a party!
On a serious note though; The prison systems can't handle the number of inmates they have now. How do they think they will take care of a huge influx of new inmates, especially when these new inmates used to be law abiding tax paying citizens.

Register what? I sold or gave away all my guns a long time ago. Really I did. I have none left.

If what happened in Jersey back in '94 is any indication- very few people are going to register anything...
