I just read this...I hope Texas tells SCOTUS and the FEDS "F-U" when they tell Texas they can't do this. Hooray for Texas and Texans...I sure am jealous. I hope every state follows this...especially PA.

Because what Oblamo is proposing is Unconstitutional and for states to follow would also be Unconstitutional.

I honestly think that would be for the best. The whole states rights thing is not working, Honest Abe put the nail in that coffin.

It's them and us and we are so far apart on so many issues that it is getting harder and harder to live together.

I want to live where I get to keep my money except to pay for infrastructure, my guns to make sure it stays that way and my freedom.

The others can live where they give the nanny state all their money in exchange for the empty promise of safety and security.

I am not hearing any particularly strong Pro-Gun Rights talk from the PA Governor or the two PA Senators. I think they actually want to support Obama and are just biting their lip for now.
