First gun dream

I had my first gun dream last night (well this morning I guess, dozing before time to get up)....

I was in an airport, I think (??? well there goes the validity of the gun dream, haha)...and a guy with a huge machine gun and whatever else strapped on his body came in and started spraying everyone. I had been somewhere out of the direct line of fire but when I saw him doing it, I grabbed my LC9 out of the side of my handbag and aimed, and got him in the upper back. He was still moving, so I got him in the head. (Hey good aim in my dream, I like!) He staggered some, but kept moving, so then I got him right in the neck, and he went down. However then there was a gap in the dream and then I overheard someone saying he had gotten back up and I remember checking to make sure I had a few more bullets left and wondering how many more stinkin hollow points it was going to take to get rid of this guy, and when were the cops gonna show up, anyway?!

You guys surely have "gun dreams"????? And no, I don't mean the ones with girls in them, I mean the gun encounter dreams. HA. Thanks. (Go start a new thread if you want to discuss the girl dreams cuz I don't wanna read those! haha.)

Usually my "gun dreams" involve me needing a gun and not having one. Those SUCK!

My gun dreams usually either involve me missing completely with all my rounds or hitting my target, yet they are unaffected. Nothing makes you feel more helpless.

Yeah...I guess that's kind of how mine was....my aim was spot-on yet the guy was basically invincible...and the cops never did show up. Eh.

I occasionally have dreams where I need to fire my gun and I can't pull the trigger back for some reason or the trigger pull is insanely heavy so I'm like struggling to pull the trigger.

Most of my gun dreams involve paper targets. I suppose it's just my subconscious reminding me that it's the simple pleasures in life that count.

I had one of those on the plane trip back from overseas last month after I was un-armed for a week.

However in my dreams when I have a firearm they are never effective.

You can carry in an airport in PA, just not in secured areas (beyond the security screening checkpoint).

I've had "gun dreams" since I was a child.
