My 1 year old is more impressionable than i first thought...
So last night, I had heartburn really bad. So I got a cup of milk, and chugged it. My son happened to be on my lap as I did so. I finished the cup and set it on the table in front of me. He started screaming and reaching for the cup so I handed it to him. This is what he did next....
I saw that, so I put about a tablespoon of milk in the cup again and gave it back to him.... check out the milk running down his face! HAHAHAHAHAHA!
A couple more of him... we just bought him his first hockey jersey... number 87 Sidney Crosby, of course!

He's adorable. My one year old son has that same sleeper.
It's funny the stuff he is pulling lately. I don't know where he is getting it from, but I suspect he is watching wresteling all day long because he is starting to do the "Hulking up" routine. He hunches over a little, sort of flexes his arms down around his belly and growls. Freaking hilarious.

Haha! yeah, he's starting to open doors by himself now. His big thing is throwing mommy's hair brushes and hair ties in the toilet to watch them go down as he flushes it! hahahhaa! Many a night i've had to unclog the toilet. He's repeating sounds he hears now, we have a quad in our garage, and he was out with me when I turned it on one day. Now, everytime we go into the garage he makes the "motorboat" noise with his lips, it's a four stroke engine and that's what it sounds like... (sorry, that's the only way I have to accuratly describe it) He also makes the sounds words make after anyone talks to him. Kinda like say da-da for every word you speak in the tone you speak it. It's awesome!
Right after he takes a drink he smacks his lips and does the AHHHHHHH sound. It's a riot. You know, the first month you have a baby you think to yourself... WHY THE HELL DID WE DO THIS! haha... But once they start walking and immitating you, they are the most beautiful things in the world! (not saying that new borns aren't beautiful.... you get the drift.)
I can't WAIT to start to play ball with my son! Hockey, and baseball, and football... Gonna be SOOOOOOOOOOO much fun."Do not use K-9 advantix on cats"

Don't get ahead of yourself. My son is 10 now, soon 2 b 11. We have a blast playing sports now, but the holding in the crook of your arm days are long gone. Enjoy them, savor them, you can't get em back. There were nights I would get him out of his crib at 2 in the morning and just sit in front of the TV just holding him. A WONDERFUL time
