Show your carry rigs!
There are lots of threads showing some great shots of different guns, but I haven't seen any on the holsters that carry them.
Post some pictures of your carry guns and holsters and tell what they are.
This is my S&W 642 with CT's in a well worn Desantis Apache Ankle Rig
Same gun in an RL Graham shark skin pocket holster (I've never carried with it because the holster is too nice!)
Sig P239 SAS 9mm with CT's in an Alessi OWB holster
same gun in a Milt Sparks VMII
Sig P229 .40S&W DAK in a Galco CON250H
Sig P226 9mm in a Galco CON248H
Spare mags. P239 (single stack) mag in a Wild Bills mag holder, P226 and P229 mags in Galco spare mag holders - single and double holder.

This is only what I have pics of, or pics uploaded to photobucket. Most of the other stuff is just cheapo cordora type holsters.
P99 and Galco Fletch
Vaquero, high-ride crossdraw, on a Tombstone belt.
Dragoon Silhouette, modified cap&ball revolver slimjim holster (used for chuck'n and deer hunting with pistol only)

Re: Show your carry rigs!
ok ill play along with this thread. ill go with the 3 basics.
Sig P226
first off is the Fobus paddle holster that i use for the range sometimes.
second is the DeSantis 3 slot pancake for concealed carry
last is the Safariland SSIII triple retention holster on the duty belt.
Guns don't kill people, it's mostly the bullets.

Re: Show your carry rigs!
Just the holsters for my Beretta 92FS. Camera batteries are dying, and I don't have all day to take pics of holsters I've collected over the years. Cathy says I collect holsters like women collect shoes LOL.
DeSantis Speed Scabbard. This is now my daily carry. Fast, sure on the draw, and very comfy. Mag pouch was handmade for me by a local tack shop. I like the closed tops because the mags don't rub on my side or poke me.
Don Hume 715 IWB. This is what I carry when I need an IWB holster so I can make sure I stay concealed instead of the more casual approach (or occasional OC) that I usually take. Safariland mag holder.
Bianchi UM84 flap holster. The standard issue one is (or was) plain green. I bought this one cause I just had to be different. Got away with carrying it until I changed duty stations. Actually shot IPSC with this a fairly often, cause at the time this was the holster I almost always wore at work. Wanna see some folks get pissed, beat them wearing this Mag holder is the old Buchheimer I carried. Both these are around 20 y/o. They are now what I carry hiking, fishing, camping, etc.
Blackhawk Serpa CQC Sporter. This is the one I'm having issues drawing reliably. I like the holster. It's fast when I don't miss the draw, and comfortable. I think I'll keep it for range use when I'm not practicing drawing.
Safariland 5181. Along with the Blackhawk, this is one of the few paddle holsters I like. It's comfy when walking or standing. When I'm sitting, the paddle has a habit of pinching my fat ass. Didn't use to do that, but then again I didn't use to have a fat ass! This one is also around 20 y/o, and showing the use some.
Safariland 070. When I went to the same base that I wasn't allowed to use the camo UM84 at, I found myself almost always wearing blues anyway. Our issue holster was a Bianchi Border Patrol thumbreak. I hated that thing. It sat low, and was extremely uncomfortable in the patrol car. It also offered zero retention, and folks had the guns come out sometimes just when running after the thumbreak had been bumped. I bought and carried this instead. Took some practice, but was fast enough after being mastered. Another 20 y/o holster.

Re: Show your carry rigs!
Same as in my avatar, but I added the back view also...
H&K P7M8 in a DelFatti ISP-4... Spare mag in DelFatti SMC snap-on.
It's not as pretty now as when these pics were taken...
I also currently don't have pics available of my other carry rigs: A Sparks VM-2 for my P7M8, and another VM-2 for my regular old P7. Plus 3 other DelFatti SMC's (4 total: 2 black, 2 cordovan), and a Sparks single mag pouch for a P7 mag...
I'm waiting on my Sherrick rig for my Sig P220, as a cool-weather carry setup (maybe...)
I have other setups around, but either the DelFatti ISP-4 or the Sparks VM-2 are my "99% of the time" rigs...
Regards,
Bones
