How long before I get my free Smith & Wesson Free Magazines?

I bought an M&P based on the free mag promotion they were running. I sent in my form electronically on May 5th and still no magazines. Anybody getting theirs yet from that time frame?

I sent it in online twice. I am going to call on Monday.

I mailed mine instead of doing it online. Received mine today in the mail. It took approx. a month after I mailed it.

I called them yesterday. They have my application but have not mailed it out yet. I figured going online would be faster.... I guess I can wrong.

I'm waiting on a brick of .22 from a rebate on my 15-22 submitted like a year and a half ago. Gave up caring.

I also got my free mags, took about 5 weeks from the time of submitting (online)

Last year I did the free M&P mags from smith. It took many months to get them. I had found a site to check rebates, mine were listed there. Status approved, forever. Then one day they came in the mail.

FWIW , Smith N Wesson was informed by the company handling the rebates that all rebates regrading the M15-22 had been filled.
I told Smith that must not be the case and had my ammo in about 2 weeks or less after that.

I also had my 3 free mags in about 8 weeks time sent snail mail.
The free mag promo seems to be running better than the 22 ammo did.
If I didn't know better , it almost sounded like the company who handled the 22 promo just tossed a pile of rebates into the trash. But that is only speculation on my part.

So, I called S&W again today. This time they gave me the phone number to the company that is handling the rebate program. I called them and confirmed that they have my form and that they are being processed. They can't tell when. I mentioned it's been 13 weeks and that I know other that sent in their application after me already got them. She asked me earlier how I applied and I told her online.

Later she mentioned that the online applications were being processed. I asked her "Are you telling me that people that sent in online applications are taking LONGER". Her answer was no but obviously that seems like a lie.

I sent an email explaining my disappointment with how this was handled to the S&W customer service email. I expressed that the reason I bought the M&P in the first place over the Sig 320 is that magazines. I gave them plenty of time before I needed them for some matches I was shooting in but that time came and went. I got a notification that a ticket was opened but have not heard back.
