Default Is LPRGC subject to some kind of subdivision action?

I noticed a sign at the entrance of LPRGC on Egypt road saying something about subdivision activity. I don’t know what that means but doesn’t sound good. Are developer after the land? I haven’t heard anything from the club.

Relax. They are in the process of a huge clubhouse expansion. The signs are just a formality.

It's going to fantastic. Second indoor range and way upgraded facilities. I can not wait.

Phew! Got me worried. I have always thought developers would kill to get their hands on that property then I see the sign and panic. Although, if they offered $100K to every member, that dark, dingy gun shop range may not look too bad!

Wow. I can't imagine what will prosper there. Go a mile or two in any direction from LPRG and every conceivable business is represented.

You can say that about restaurants but they keep building new ones and they are all packed. There is a new one going up next to Uno. Have no idea what it is going to be.
