    Default joined the ranks tonight

    Completed the hunter's ed course tonight!

    & there wasn't even a bunch of 12 year olds & me as I was expecting.
    Of the 15 or so in the class, only 3 were under 18 & most were over 30!

    I'm gonna join the ranks & get my first hunting license this year. (& duck stamp etc)


    Not going for deer. Just waterfowl & small game at this point.
    (I've always wanted a wild goose for Christmas dinner & maybe this will be the year for it!)

    Could see me getting into turkey in the future as I learn more about hunting.
    Let us never forget the sacrifice of those who have fought for us all.

    Congrats on passing your hunter safty course. It's good Nation wide I do believe. If you do want to try your hand at Deer hunting maybe I can find an openning on our Eastern shore MD. farm as my guest. We have to many deer there.
