Looking for barn wood
Hey all, I am looking for some barn wood to finish my living room, You know the gray looking wood you often see on a barn, not interested in painted barns tho.
I have 36 feet to cover 4 feet high, the rest will be sheetrock and beams to make it look like the house might have been originally back in the 1930's other walls will be natural toungue and groove knotty pine.
We are looking at making this room as rustic as possible with a 30's look. I had also considered using rock sheeting, but at $7.00 per foot, it gets expensive fast!
Any one have an old barn they want taken down? I would travle Allegheny, Beaver and Butler areas to go get the wood.Skeet is a sport where you are better to hit half of each bird then completely blast one and miss the other completely.
The choice is yours, place your faith in the court system and 12 of your peers, or carried away by 6 friends.
