Anyone know of an M14 smith in PA?
I'm not ready to have it done (no money yet), but I've had $1776.69 worth of parts and a receiver for an M14 sitting in a box for the entire year, and I'm going to get around to having it built sometime by Christmas (fundage permitting), I was wondering if there was anyone in PA that could wrench a semi-auto M14 together.

How about out side Baltimore in Savage MD. I used Charles Maloney to rebarrel my Super Match and was very happy with the work and price. He's retired and works out of his house. I dropped the gun and new barrel off. He installed my new Krieger, adjusted my trigger and tightened up some sloppiness for $190.

M1A, and M14's are finicky and make sure you have someone who knows these guns to build them.
He's about 175 miles 3:30 hour drive from your houseLast edited by ALS; October 9th, 2008 at 11:42 AM.

I'll give a plus 1 for John, I've seen his work on M1A/M14s and Garands, and he does fine work.
Hes worked on my Garand and M1 Carbines.
hes also done a BUNCH of NFA custom work for me, hes a good guy with reasonable prices."Oderint Dum Metuant" - BMFH

Re: Any know of an M14 smith in PA?
Sorry, I meant to update this thread, Pa. Patriot has had my parts for about a month, so I'm square there, just waiting for my turn to come up and get my rifle back.
Thanks.
