Is there a complete list of FFLs available online?

Does anyone know if there are any websites that have a COMPLETE list of all the FFLs in a certain area (50 mile radius around your address)? If so, what is it? I already tried the one on gunbroker and I know for a fact that it has a few missing (because some shops in my area aren't even listed on that one). I also tried FFL finder and it's the same story. I need a complete list of FFLs in my area so that I can find the one with the lowest transfer fee.

To obtain a listing of FFLs in your residential zip code, please submit a request to:
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives
Chief, Firearms and Explosives Services Division

The cost for the national listing is $15.00 for a CD. To obtain the national listing of FFLs, please submit a request to:

Do I have to send them a letter in the mail? Don't they just have an electronic copy online?

They used to have it on line but where it used to be now are the addresses I listed. I don't know why it was changed (other than the time involved to keep it up to date maybe). The list is probably easy to take care of because it will be in a data base and you can do queries by any number of ways (zip code, city, state, first letter of company name, etc) and get the results quickly. Also to dump the database to a CD would be a problem. But I don't know what it takes to maintain that info on a website.
