    Default AR Lower question

Hey guys just a quick question

If I purchase an AR lower am I legally allowed to transfer that lower like I would a full rifle to another PA State resident without any PICS or transfer fees?
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

The only way that would happen is if your dealer or someone knowledgeable that you were purchasing them told them...
There is no automatic flag. PICS doesn't even know how many (within 24 hours) firearms you purchase on a single PICS check or what kind of firearm the check is being run on.

The only thing that flags the BATFE is multiple handgun purchases in a short period of time (IIRC more than one handgun every 5 business days). Rifles (or AR lowers) have no maximum, if you have the money, you can buy 100 per day if you want.

This is legal as long as it does not constitute a "straw man purchase." You must have purchased the lower for your use and not with the intention of selling it.
