Default Cary in DE with Pa LTCF

I'm headed to Wilmington DE tmw. Can I carry with a PA LTCF. Taking 496 to 95. Doesn't look like I will enter PRNJ.

Not sure what the laws are there now.

    Thank you

AFAIK, Delaware has no reciprocity with PA, but OC is legal, except in Newark and Seaford, in which the OC ban was grandfathered in.

You have to place gun in holster around the front seat or place on dashboard.
OC ok, do not go to dover, city of a first class, you can not carry CC or OC ( in dover) without a license from DE
or a reciprocal state. (delaware OC info)

I know this does not help with your trip tomorrow but look into getting you Utah Carry Permit. That will make you legal in DE. There are a bunch of places that offer the class to get it. It takes a couple hours, fingerprints, photos and a check to UT and yo are good to go. Even if you don't go to DE a lot it's worth it even if you are driving through.

I might add a suggestion for Arizona as well. I think its a bit easier than Utah (can do your own fingerprints, etc) and works for DE.....

You are partially correct. Delaware has no reciprocity with PA and OC is legal.

Also UT and AZ I believe covers a lot more states.

I work in Delaware...if you have a PA LTCF, you can OC (Dover and Newark excluded). I spoke with the DE State Police; if you are in a car, the weapon must be removed from your person and place in plain view (I always put mine on the passenger seat, I keep an old POS nylon holster in my car so that I do not need to dick around with my rig). Hope this helps...
