Directly from the PETA faq page
I think the following sentence from one of their pages illustrates their mindset and problem with their reasoning. Can you spot it?
"For instance, a dog most certainly has an interest in not having pain inflicted on him or her unnecessarily."

Re: Directly from the PETA faq page
How do you argue any point with these people when they associate the killing of animals with the enslavement of blacks and the physical abuse of other humans?

Re: Directly from the PETA faq page
Yep, I read that down a bit further. You can get a real good laugh, read further down about the plants. They say that harvesting a bit of wheat doesn't kill the wheat. The wheat field continues on. When hunter's harvest deer, doesn't th species live on??
Anyway, the part I found interesting in the part I posted was the "him or her" part.
Thank God we live in the US.
Hey, do you think California will soon mandate that a certain percentage of hotdogs sold at ballparks be soy-dogs?Every person is created equal and is entitled to an opinion, but not all opinions are created equal.

I'm all for people eating soy "meat." It would drop the price of beef-it's what's for dinner!
