Please help me find my Daughter

Please help to find my daughter. she disappeared some time early Thursday morning. She left without taking anything with her. She is hopefully in the Pike or Monroe County area. The state Police have been notified. Their attitude is that she is a run away and she will come home when she is done having fun. This is not the case. She is involved with a very evil young man. He claims not to know where she is. But at the same time he is also not going home and refuses to tell anybody where he is.

I just need to know she is alive and well. She is my only daughter.

Any and all help will be appreciated.

I live in Pine Ridge. They have been known to hang out in Lake Of The Pines.
I have been told he is hiding in either East Stoudsburg or Stroudsburg Around 5th Street.

Then inform him if he ever steps foot on your property it is his ass.!!!!!! You should be able to file an Amber Alert she is still a minor!!!!

They she was not abducted. So, Amber Alert. They are being very helpful.

What are the criteria for issuing AMBER Alerts?

Each state AMBER Alert plan has its own criteria for issuing AMBER Alerts. The PROTECT Act, passed in 2003, which established the role of AMBER Alert Coordinator within the Department of Justice (DOJ), calls for DOJ to issue minimum standards or guidelines for AMBER Alerts that states can adopt voluntarily. DOJ's guidance on criteria for issuing AMBER Alerts is:

* Law enforcement must confirm that an abduction has taken place
* The child is at risk of serious injury or death
* There is sufficient descriptive information of child, captor, or captor's vehicle to issue an alert
* The child must be 17 years old or younger
* It is recommended that immediate entry of AMBER Alert data be entered in FBI's National Crime Information Center. Text information describing the circumstances surrounding the abduction of the child should be entered, and the case flagged as Child Abduction.

Most state's guidelines adhere closely to DOJ's recommended guidelines.

What are the Activation Criteria?

Law enforcement and the media worked together to establish the activation criteria. The criteria were established so that the plan would only be used in appropriate cases. The media and the public must understand the time constraints law enforcement encounter when a child is reported missing.

In order for the Pennsylvania Amber Alert Plan to be activated, law enforcement must be satisfied the following criteria have been met:

* The abducted child must be under eighteen (18) years of age
* The abducted child is believed to be in imminent danger of death or serious bodily injury

Additional factors are considered in the decision making process as to whether or not to activate the PA Amber Alert Plan. These factors include, but are not limited to: availability of descriptive information which could assist in the recovery of the child, time elapsed since the child was last seen, and reliability of witness(es).

The plan is limited to “abducted” children, and, therefore, excludes children believed to be runaways or thrownaways from home.

Sadly, there doesn't seem to be a provision for someone who has been 'convinced' to accompany someone else, even if the other party is a degenerate.

They can't prove that she wasn't abducted can they? Were they there when she disappeared? That's bs on the PSP's part. I wish you the best! One quick question. Has she ran away in the past? If not then what makes them think she wasn't abducted?

No rep needed we need to get this girl home safe and sound!! It needs to be done yesterday!!!!! One thing to remember is stay armed and stay alert this POS she was running with is not to be trusted. Just stay frosty, for your own safety. Please Please get and Amber Alert rolling!!!!!!
