This Year's Firearms Legislation through 8 June 2009
All legislation regarding firearms is listed in the attached file.
Currently all of these bills are in the respective chamber's Judiciary Committee, except HB 1545 which was sent to the Finance comty. All are sitting without action and so far have not been listed on the committee calendar. These bills remain alive until 1. defeated in committee, 2. defeated on chamber floor, 3. Passed by house & Senate & vetoed by Governor 4. Sit in committee without action until the close of session (31 Dec 2010).
